New chief physician

By order of the Ministry of Health, Dr Yosep Temirkulov has been appointed chief physician of the Talas Regional Hospital Medical Complex. Dr Temirkulov has worked at the hospital as a surgeon since 1987 and has headed the surgical service since 2004.
